The campus design is motivated by Tagore’s Bishwa Bharati University, with individual blocks interspersed among existing trees, instead of a continuous structure. This emulates a meandering walk through the forest but also ensures natural cross-ventilation.

Respecting and drawing inspiration from its context of an adjacent nursery, the School of Business seeks to empower the local community by integrating farming practices on their roof to cater to the workers, existing institute’s staff and the future institute’s needs, thereby absorbing itself into the local industry and creating an almost self-sustaining ecosystem.
