Responding to the region’s harsh summer,the design incorporates passive cooling strategies rooted in vernacular wisdom. Double brick walls provide insulation, while south-facing terracotta-tiled sloping roofs deflect solar gain. 

Bonochhaya’s Experience Centre stands not just as a physical gateway to the development but as a philosophical and sensory one—inviting future residents to inhabit a space where nature, culture, and contemporary living coalesce in a thoughtful and timeless manner.
