Drawing from the wada’s intrinsic logic of clustered rooms surrounding open courts, the club’s planning places a central courtyard not as a passive void but as an active recreational core.

Here, the courtyard is imagined as a vibrant water court, housing swimming pools and a sun deck, establishing an animated heart around which all functions are orchestrated.

Light becomes a primary material—guiding circulation, defining thresholds, and animating surfaces. The building’s porosity ensures that the physical boundaries extend beyond walls and glazing, creating a sensory engagement with the broader environment.
