Located in the heart of a dense urban context, this project posed a unique architectural challenge: to craft a private residential villa that simultaneously accommodates a high-end jewellery showroom on its lower levels.

The commercial zone, comprising the ground and first floors, was designed with an architectural language distinct enough to represent the refined sophistication of a jewellery boutique, yet subdued in its urban presence.
Above, the villa rises with a sense of calm and retreat, carefully distanced — both spatially and emotionally — from the street-level activity.
In the upper residential levels, the architecture unfolds through a sectional approach, creating vertical and horizontal visual connections between different living spaces.
