The architectural approach is intentionally introverted, emphasizing seclusion and privacy, offering an oasis of calm amidst its active surroundings.
At its heart lies an open-to-sky central courtyard—a spatial and emotional nucleus that dictates the spatial flow and anchors the design. This courtyard, imbued with tranquility, connects seamlessly to the surrounding spaces.
The spatial arrangement prioritizes fluidity and a harmonious relationship between indoors and outdoors.
