The first floor, cantilevered in two directions, creates an inviting canopy into the villa.
Bio-pools, wooden decks, and landscaped courtyards flow seamlessly from indoor spaces, blurring the line between built and natural environments and creating a cohesive, immersive living experience grounded in nature.
A large central courtyard binds the spaces together and is dramatically lit by a circular skylight and punctuated by a sculptural staircase.
