At the heart of this ambition is a podium level that integrates club and community activities, interwoven with landscaped gardens, water features, and shaded seating areas.
By choreographing movement from ground to podium to skydeck, the architecture crafts a vertical narrative of connection—between people, between buildings, and between the city and its landscapes.
